MIXED FEELINGS: 

mixed feelings but am still all smiles.

 Today, I am completely overwhelmed by all kinds of Emotions. Where in the world is my emotional intelligence? lol! eh but am not grouchy o! am just unusually calm and quite, still smiling you know! *smiles*. At some point I feel it's because I have alot on my Table and other times I feel it's because I am overwhelmed by the unquatifiable Favour of God upon me or could it still be the emotions from my visit at DSF over the weekend?... I don't know, I don't know, ah! I really don't know. mixed feelings, but here is the message am locked on today.


CONTINUAL JOY
Everyday we face alot of challenges, disappointments, people that are hard to get along with, rude neighbors, bossy boss, everything fighting their way to get at us, the thing is we cannot control the happenings around us but we can control what happens on the inside, Our Joy.

Happiness for alot of people is based on their circumstances. it's the weekend am happy, My spouse is treating me better am happy, Traffic wasn't too bad am happy, I have a boyfriend now am happy, BUT happiness is not (and shouldn't be) dependent on what is happening around us. Joy is deep down withing us. doesn't mean we will be jumping up and down everyday, but there is a calm delight, you re' contempt, you're at peace, you know God is fighting your battles, you could be upset but you have a smile on your face, things are tough but you are not complaining, your attitude is "life is good and am thankful to be alive" when you live like that you are tapping into the joy that is on the inside.
