Strife. Jealousy, Anger! Greed, etc (wife stabs husband to death this morning)
What in the world could have caused this kinda act? I came to a conclusion "Negative Emotions"
We would succeed more in life if we can train ourselves to discipline negative emotions. Anger, Strife, Jealousy is like Cancer, it eats you until there is nothing left (Holy Bible) I heard someone say "anger is small madness do nothing when you are angry because what you will damage will be more than what caused your anger" once I wrote the two kinda Pain in life. the Pain of discipline and the pain of Regrets. one weighs ounces (discipline) and the other Tons (pain of regret).
It's hard enough to leave with oneself let alone with others. You wake up some-mornings and feel like you woke from the wrong side of the bed, friends we cannot go through life obeying our emotional impulses, these Feelings will always come. What makes you matured is learning to follow wisdom and not our emotions.
Everyday our spouse, friends, children, neighbours, Traffic, boss, colleagues, people around us are always going to do something to aggravate us, wake up each day with a decision, Mindset, that you are going to keep strife out of your life. If you don't make up Your mind to control your emotions you will live one big "unhappy" life.
BLESSED ARE THE PEACE MAKERS.
If you start to feel your emotions rising - walk away. It takes maturity to walk-away from a heated argument or keep quiet and let the other person"s" think they are right. later on you will be so glad you did.
