I came to a conclusion "Negative Emotions" We would succeed more in life if we can train ourselves to discipline negative emotions. Anger, Strife, Jealousy is like Cancer, it eats you until there is nothing left (Holy Bible) I heard someone say "anger is small madness do nothing when you are angry because what you will damage will be more than what caused your anger" once I wrote the two kinda Pain in life. the Pain of discipline and the pain of Regrets. one weighs ounces (discipline) and the other Tons (pain of regret). It's hard enough to leave with oneself let alone with others. You wake up some-mornings and feel like you woke from the wrong side of the bed, friends we cannot go through life obeying our emotional impulses, these Feelings will always come.
