There is a well of Joy in you that can never run dry... (Holy Bible) Nothing should take your smile. nothing can take your smile without your permission. maintain a culture of having continual joy. the trick is to keep a melody in your heart always. that guy that crossed you in traffic is not worth loosing your joy over, in 5mins he will be out of your life and you would have let him ruin your entire day, if you have to curse him back. that coleague at work that tried to rant you out to your boss is not worth stressing over, wont be long before everyone will discover how much of a snitch he/she is and trust me your boss is smart and observing. he is not stupid, if you keep a cheerful attitude wont be long your reward will arrive (yes arrive! because its on a journey coming) but your attitude depends on how quick. its a test, pass it. If you don't that situation will repeat it self over and over till you pass the test.
