This Morning

Customer care versus My Emotions.


Walked into my bank this morning and the customer service executive was so cold and unfriendly. Instantly I could feel my emotions rising, I wanted to give her a piece of my mind (lol) tell her how bad she's acting lol, and go on and on (lol). If I did that what will be my reward? I asked me, is it a battle worth fighting? although I completely had my emotions rising to my nose I made a decision not to get on board. hahaha. and because I didn't get on board with my Feelings I was able to think straight, went to another department and got so very well attended to. but that wasn't easy sha but it was a good thing "I Left trash for Lawma" because Now I can laugh about it. lol
